OCI’s Circle of Excellence Program rewards our top-level producers annually. Agencies who reach one of the three commission levels below will enjoy premium rewards throughout the year, including luxury incentive trips, access to exclusive events, hours of marketing consultation or assistance, and more.

How To Qualify:
Achievement for the 2025 Circle of Excellence is based on commissions paid 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 from OCI to the agency across all carriers represented by OCI. The agency must also be a member of a professional association to qualify. Agencies will receive premium awards for the calendar year following the production achievement.

Check Your Status
Check your agency’s current qualification status in your Agency’s OCI online account by logging in and selecting “My Account”, and then “Circle of Excellence Ranking” on the dropdown. The OCI team will inform qualifiers of their achievement in January.
