As our Group Sales Administrator, you will be assisting agents across the country to ensure they are providing accurate and timely information to their clients, learning about the quickly changing group health insurance market, and be an active participant in the excellent work culture here at OCI.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Field inquiries from agents and internal staff regarding group insurance quotes and policies
  • Coordinate application submission and implementation of new products
  • Use resources available to relay accurate and up-to-date information from various companies and their product offerings
  • Communicate in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use attention to detail and accuracy in document production, online administration, and recording of data into the proprietary software
