OCI is your Medicare outlet!
We provide support to our American Family Agent Partners for Medicare Supplements. We have a Medicare Specialist to assist you in your business, or, if you prefer to have OCI do the work on your behalf, you can refer your client!
Through OCI, American Family can now offer Medicare Supplement plans with:
- Mutual of Omaha
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Allstate
*This list of carriers is subject to the American Family and OCI agreement. For any other inquiries, please refer back to Josh Polk.
If requested by your client, an internal OCI sales agent can offer the below carriers and products.
- All Medicare Advantage and Part D products
- Medicare Supplements with:
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield (varied upon state)
- Humana
- Medica
- Medico
- Physician’s Mutual
- United Healthcare

How to Get Started with OCI:
- Sell Medicare Yourself? Get Contracted
- Complete the Contracting Form
- Background Checks and Appointment Finalization can take up to 2 weeks.
- Receive Welcome Letter from Carrier
- This will include instructions to set up the Carrier Broker Portal.
- Need to run a quote? American Family – OCI Quoting Tool
- For agents that have been previously set up with OCI, or previously appointed with Aetna, OCI has proactively assigned you a login and password. Username: Your Email Address. Password: amfam@1 (you will be asked to reset your password upon initial login)
- All other agents may select “Request Account” to start using the quoting tool.
- Complete the E-Application
- To utilize the universal application on the quoting tool, you must log in to each carrier to enable this feature.
- Download a copy of your completed application and email it to individualadmin@ociservices.com for tracking and service requests.
