The 2021 Trip

The top 15 qualifying agencies will join OCI for an exclusive trip to Napa Valley. In spring 2021, OCI will provide a unique and personal experience to a wine, food, and outdoor lovers paradise. OCI Circle of Excellence Awards

Agents or Agencies that reach one of the three commission levels below will enjoy premium rewards, including access to exclusive events, hours of graphic design work, and more.

Levels are based on commissions paid during the qualifying period (1/1/19 to 12/31/19) from OCI to an Agent or Agency with all carriers through OCI. Agent/Agency must be a member of a professional association to qualify.

Master’s Level (Top 5 in paid commissions)

1 OCI luxury amenities incentive Trip (qualifier + guest)
1 additional OCI incentive trip
Registrations to OCI’s Annual Producer Symposium & Golf Event
Recognition at OCI awards banquet
10 hours of custom graphic design work for marketing purposes
Access to Circle of Excellence exclusive events, promotions & discussions

Director’s Level (Top 15 in paid commissions)

1 OCI Incentive Trip (qualifier + guest)

Recognition at OCI awards banquet
5 hours of custom graphic design work for marketing purposes

Leader’s Level (Top 30 in paid commissions)

1 registration to OCI’s Annual Producer Symposium & Golf Event
