Since OCI’s inception in 2002, we have focused on building collaborative relationships with our producer partners, helping them navigate the dynamic world of insurance, employee benefits, and financial services. OCI has remained steadfast in the pursuit of helping advisors, agents, and brokers be successful and continues to thrive now more than ever.

OCI is a family-owned field marketing organization (FMO) based out of Elkhorn, Nebraska, helping producers from California to Florida and everywhere in between. We evolve and adapt to meet producers where they are, acting as a trusted advisor and extension of our partners’ business.

People often ask what OCI stands for, and the answer is Insurance Made Simple. While that may not have anything to do with the three letters of the name, it has everything to do with what we stand for and the philosophy we carry out in our partnerships. It’s this philosophy that advisors, agencies, broker-dealers and captive companies have come to realize makes OCI a disrupter in the industry.

Our Professional Commitment

OCI is committed to the advancement of professionalism within the insurance and financial services industries. Our entire staff is encouraged to become licensed agents and be active members of the industries’ professional associations.

The OCI staff currently has active members on the governing boards for the local, state, and national levels of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) as well as representation on the NAHU (National Association of Health Underwriters) state and local boards in Nebraska. OCI strongly believes that representation in our industries’ professional associations sets us apart because it provides a platform to advocate on behalf of the professional agents we work with.

Our Community Involvement

OCI is dedicated not only to servicing our brokers, but also to serving our community. We continually make it our goal to volunteer more of our time each year.

In 2024, our staff gave back over 2,700 hours of volunteer work to assist local charities and organizations.
